JoeFarr — Obey (RIOT Radio Records, Scotland) landed in early August: breakbeat-leaning, stomping techno with a Maedon remix and a limited 12" in the “Limited As Fuck” series. Independent techno that still believes in vinyl pressure. Stream and buy via Bandcamp / Beatport.
The Trip — Clubdance2026 II is out 14 August on Tessellate: four originals pulling from classic house, techno, and garage. Short EP, no fat. Nanna Osé — Toma Toma (Other Tropics, also 14 August) is the tech-house contrast — tropical percussion, rolling bass, four club tools including Mambo and Why Like That.
On our own label the rotation is simple. XL: Fire & Stone if you need a peak, Feel the Beat if you need a groove, A New Dawn if you want the long listen. RickyP: start with Black Rose (Part 1) and Engage (0.2), then Tip Toe when the floor is already moving. The Bucket Band: Virginia Reel and The Can Can when the night is allowed to be fun. That last sentence is not a joke. Dance music is allowed to be joyful.
